A Stitch in Time: The Story of Sewing & Haberdashery in Coromandel
This exhibition displays sewing and haberdashery in Coromandel from early local handcraft traditions to the techniques of today. Visitors will discover how simple tools, needles, threads and a great deal of skill was utilised in the household. The "make do and mend" mentality of Coromandel housewives is revealed, showing how making, mending, and embellishing have connected generations.

Playing Our Part: Sport and Recreation in the Community
This exhibition celebrates the role that Coromandel sports and recreation clubs have played in shaping our local identity. From early grassroots clubs to today's diverse recreational and competitive organisations, these groups have brought people together, fostered teamwork, and created lasting traditions.
Commemorating ANZAC Day: Honouring our Local Heroes
Generously organised by Coromandel Town's RSA, this exhibition honours the men and women who served in numerous conflicts by connecting national history with local faces and families, ensuring their stories continue to be remembered for generations to come.
The display acknowledges the enduring legacy of ANZAC Day as a time of remembrance, reflection and unity.
